3 Steps to Join the ECA

We are a EXCA Sanctioned club, To participate in ECA club events, the following memberships are required and must be purchased separately.

1.Extreme Cowboy Alberta (ECA) Membership
Valid January 1 – December 31 of the current calendar year. Please choose your membership level below to complete payment through PayPal. This membership will allow you to enter our races, clinics, playdates and more.

2.Alberta Equestrian Federation (AEF) Membership
All participants must hold a current AEF membership. This membership is purchased directly through the Alberta Equestrian Federation. If you are from another province please purchase their related Equestrian Federation.

3.Extreme Cowboy Association International (EXCA) Membership
An active EXCA membership is required to enter any ECA race for all divisions. Please note that EXCA is a separate organization from Extreme Cowboy Alberta. EXCA memberships are purchased directly through EXCA and are payable in USD. International members should select the International Membership option.

You will experience the excitement of challenging yourself and your horse to maneuver through a series of trail & farm-based obstacles. All the time striving to test the horse’s willingness to work with you, and to see your rider’s skills grow and improve with every clinic and event.

Members enjoy "Play Days" on which to gain valuable practice time on obstacles.
Different clinics to choose from...Judges, roping, etc.
Races held regularly with up-to-date information on where and when they are.
EXCA points tracking to qualify for the World Finals.
